About the RoleWe are looking for an Enablement Program Manager to support a fast growing services business line. In this role you will help field, vendor, and operations teams build the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to consistently acquire, grow, and retain high quality supply. Working closely with enterprise operations and services supply leadership, you will design and deliver onboarding, upskilling, and content programs that keep field teams performing at their best. This is a highly cross functional role where you will partner with global services leaders and functional stakeholders to drive multiple initiatives that move the business forward. What You'll Do
  • Partner with leadership to develop, execute, optimize, and assess enablement programs for the services organization.
  • Build and run onboarding and training programs for market managers, associates, and field sales teams across a global services team.
  • Facilitate content creation and coordinate educational content for ongoing training, developing a toolbox of materials including eLearning, participation guides, worksheets, and videos to support priority go to market and sales initiatives.
  • Drive the creation of content for account management teams, including playbooks, talking points, and host facing resources, in support of business optimization goals.
  • Own and maintain content strategy within a content management system, keeping all program documentation current and easy to access.
  • Gather and relay feedback from central partners and the field organization to continuously iterate on the enablement strategy.
  • Own clear communication on program progress and roadmap, acting as an active cross functional stakeholder anchored to top line business goals.
  • Embed within the services working group across supply, product, and communications to prepare account management teams for upcoming product feature launches.
  • Amplify and apply AI powered enablement tools to drive engagement and reinforce best in class sales behaviors through coaching and practice.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years in an enablement role with a track record of managing complex projects from start to finish.
  • Proven success as a cross functional business partner with the ability to lead within a matrixed, cross functional environment.
  • Systems thinker who can translate strategy into execution across multiple teams.
  • Strong design skills and creative technical ability to leverage AI powered enablement and build compelling, accessible content.
  • Accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail that consistently lands high quality work.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience onboarding new team members and supporting their ongoing learning and development.
  • A balance of large organization experience and fast, high growth environment experience, since this business line is scaling quickly.
  • Proficiency across a modern productivity and enablement stack, including Google Workspace, Salesforce, Excel, a content management platform, Adobe, conversation intelligence tools, AI large language models, Articulate, and Canva Pro or Figma.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with a range of go to market strategy definitions and execution approaches.
  • Working knowledge of sales methodologies, enablement best practices, and sales metrics and cycles.
  • Experience supporting the day to day priorities of a sales team.
  • Comfort using coaching and practice platforms to reinforce sales behaviors at scale.
Key Details
  • Start Date: August 2026

  • Contract Duration: 12 months with possibility of extension

  • Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week

  • Location: Remote (US based), PST preferred

  • Compensation: $65-$80 per hour (W2)
