At Curriculum Associates, we believe in the potential of every child and are changing the face of education technology with award-winning learning programs like i-Ready that serve a third of the nation’s K–8 students. For more than 50 years, our commitment to making classrooms better places, serving educators, and supporting accessible learning experiences for all students has driven the continuous improvement of our innovative programs. Our team of more than 2,500 employees is composed of lifelong learners who stand behind this mission, working tirelessly to serve the educational community with world-class programs and support every day.

The Manager, Enablement plays a critical role in executing and operationalizing key initiatives within the Revenue Operations framework, with a dedicated focus on Curriculum Associates’ core mathematics and science solutions, including i-Ready Classroom Mathematics and the science product portfolio. This role owns designated math- and science-related products, projects, and workstreams, ensuring educator-facing teams have accurate resources, clear guidance, and timely support to effectively position, sell, and support both portfolios — ultimately driving meaningful student outcomes in K–8 classrooms.

As a product and initiative-level subject matter expert (SME), the Manager collaborates cross-functionally to implement Go-To-Market plans, maintain knowledge systems, and deliver high-quality enablement resources that will be used by our field teams. The Manager contributes to process improvement efforts and supports the broader Enablement Operations strategy through disciplined execution, proactive communication, and strong project management.

The impact you'll have:

Initiative Execution & Product/Portfolio Ownership

  • Own key projects and initiatives across designated products or workstreams across the i-Ready Classroom Mathematics portfolio and the science product portfolio, ensuring educator-facing teams have accurate, timely information to effectively sell and support the portfolio.

  • Serve as the primary math and science product or implementation SME for assigned areas, supporting field team needs through expertise in positioning, guidance, and use cases.

  • Serve in a project management capacity for assigned initiatives, managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and cross-functional coordination.

  • Own special projects aligned to math and science sales cycle requests and/or implementation trends, including adoption cycles, assisting in state adoption submissions, and curriculum edition launches across both math and science — ensuring work is delivered on time and meets defined business objectives.

  • Support the Enablement Operations strategy aligned to Revenue Operations goals by executing assigned priorities and contributing to broader team initiatives.

  • Stay current on the competitive K–8 mathematics and science curriculum landscape, state math and science adoption calendars, and ESSA efficacy evidence for i-Ready Classroom Mathematics and the science portfolio to inform accurate and compelling field-ready positioning.

Operational Excellence, Knowledge Management & Field Support

  • Own execution of work within internal knowledge management systems, ensuring math content serves as the accurate and up-to-date source of truth for educator-facing teams.

  • Lead the operational execution of knowledge management audits, including article reviews, cross-functional SME coordination, deadline management, and content quality assurance.

  • Initiate daily monitoring and updates related to IST Support cases, IST Request deliverables, and content flags to maintain system accuracy and responsiveness.

  • Flag artifacts, content, and deliverables requiring SME review, ensuring quality control and cross-functional alignment before publication or release.

  • Act as a Tier 2 SME for IST Support cases and deliver on IST Request Form submissions, ensuring timely and accurate case resolution.

  • Own the creation and maintenance of essential math and science enablement resources, collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure materials reflect current product guidance and business priorities.

  • Collaborate effectively with Enablement SMEs and cross-functional partners to execute assigned projects and tasks, escalating risks or blockers as appropriate.

  • Maintain timely and professional communication across internal channels (email, Slack, meetings) to ensure responsiveness and alignment.

Who we're looking for:

  • Strong Communication - Ability to present information to audiences with a wide array of knowledge, and craft communications to large audiences

  • Math Curriculum Fluency – Working knowledge of K–8 mathematics instruction and standards-aligned curriculum design, with the ability to connect program features to classroom impact and student outcomes.
