Opportunity Summary:

The eLearning & Video Content Specialist is responsible for producing and maintaining high-quality learning content based on curriculum plans designed by the Customer Education Team Lead. This role focuses on transforming written documentation into engaging, polished training assets, including videos, presentations, and eLearning courses, that help customers successfully adopt and use our software. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow skills in multimedia content creation, instructional design, and customer education.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Content Development & Maintenance
  • Create multimedia learning materials including video tutorials, slide decks, and eLearning courses. This process involves script writing, voiceover using either your own voice or AI text-to-speech, screen recording, editing video clips, and creating HTML content and interactive activities.
  • Maintain and update existing training assets to reflect product updates and customer feedback.
  • Follow brand, style, and accessibility guidelines to ensure content consistency and quality.
  • Collaboration
  • Work closely with the Customer Education Team Lead to understand project requirements, timelines, and priorities.
  • Partner with product teams, subject matter experts (SMEs), and customer success colleagues to confirm technical accuracy.
  • Participate in review cycles, incorporating feedback to refine content.
  • Quality & Process
  • Organize and manage content assets in shared repositories for easy access and version control.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet established quality standards and deadlines.
  • Support process improvements in content production and maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in audio and video editing tools (e.g., Camtasia, Audiate).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow creative direction.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technically savvy with an eagerness to learn new software

Desired Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, Instructional Design, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with Northpass (Gainsight CE) Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Knowledge of Adult Learning Theory
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other Office 365 tools
  • Pacific or Mountain Time Zone preferred

Salary Range: $60,000 – $69,000, depending on experience
