WearLinq is a fast-growing Series A funded provider of digital healthcare solutions with a focus on outpatient electrocardiogram (ECG) monitoring. The unique WearLinq system is designed to elevate the standard of remote cardiac monitoring by the enhanced detection of heart rhythm disorders and effectively reducing overall healthcare costs.
The Wearlinq platform (or system) includes the first FDA cleared 6-lead cardiac monitor with multidimensional views of the heart for electrocardiogram (ECG) studies.
Wearlinq has an Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility (“IDTF”) with clinical operations in Rockville, MD.
Position OverviewWe're seeking an experienced EHR Implementation Manager to lead the integration of our cardiac monitoring platform with healthcare systems nationwide. This role combines technical expertise in EHR systems with client-facing project management to ensure seamless deployment of our monitoring solutions across diverse healthcare environments.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end EHR integration projects with health systems, clinics, and physician practices
- Serve as primary technical liaison between WearLinq and healthcare provider IT teams
- Manage implementation timelines, stakeholder communications, and project deliverables
- Configure and customize integration workflows for Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, and other major EHR platforms
- Collaborate with sales team to scope integration requirements during the pre-sales process
- Develop and maintain integration documentation, best practices, and training materials
- Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate with engineering team for resolution
- Collaborate with clinical champions and IT Teams to ensure workflows and tools are built to drive further provider efficiency and drive adoptions (order set, decision support, other clinical content)
- Grow adoption and utilization of WearLinq's monitoring platform post-implementation
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with EHR integrations (Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, and others)
- Proven track record managing complex healthcare IT implementations
- Strong understanding of HL7, FHIR, and healthcare interoperability standards
- Experience in client-facing roles with health systems and demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder expectations
- Excellent project management skills with ability to handle multiple concurrent implementations
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to understand APIs, data flows, and system architectures
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Previous experience working at cardiac monitoring companies, EHR vendors or EHR integration platforms.
- Familiarity with cardiac data management systems (Pacemate, Murj, Octagos)
- Account management or sales engineering background
- Understanding of cardiac monitoring and insurance billing workflows
