Trimble is looking for a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to own the go-to-market strategy for our global education programs, transforming how students and educators interact with our physical and digital solutions while driving meaningful commercial impact and long-term industry growth.

In this role, you will sit at the unique intersection of Education, Product, and Sales, serving as the primary architect for how Trimble inspires the next generation of professionals. You will have the autonomy to build global launch playbooks from the ground up, directly influencing how academic institutions adopt transformational technology and shaping the future workforce across the construction, geospatial, and agriculture sectors.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Spearhead global go-to-market execution by building scalable launch plans and playbooks that bring innovative educational offerings to life.

  • Serve as the definitive voice of the customer, utilizing deep market insights and qualitative feedback to uncover growth opportunities and validate value propositions.

  • Create high-impact sales enablement content, including competitive analyses, battle cards, and presentations that empower cross-functional teams to succeed in the academic segment.

  • Architect comprehensive business cases for new programs, balancing investment requirements with expected returns to drive strategic internal buy-in.

  • Lead cross-functional training sessions to equip internal teams with essential knowledge on education market personas and competitive intelligence.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated expertise in product marketing experience, specifically within B2B software or SaaS environments.

  • Proven track record of delivering multi-channel GTM strategies anchored in data-driven insights and Outcome-Driven Innovation frameworks.

  • Expert project management skills with the ability to thrive in agile environments and build deep relationships with diverse stakeholders.

  • Exceptional communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build consensus and command attention at all levels of an organization.

  • Proficiency in conducting customer research, developing detailed personas, and utilizing tools like Google Apps and Miro.

Bonus Points For:

  • Product Marketing Alliance (PMA) core certification.

  • Previous professional experience within the educational technology (EdTech) sector or a background in academia.

Compensation:  Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.

$105,600.00–$145,200.00
