  • Proficiency using CRM platforms to manage partner engagement, sales opportunities, and forecasting.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, marketing, product management, and customer support teams to execute partner initiatives.
  • Represent LG at education conferences, partner events, trade shows, and industry meetings to strengthen partner relationships and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development within a technology organization, preferably serving the education market.
  • Experience working with education resellers, distributors, or manufacturer partner programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen with analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Highly organized with exceptional territory planning and time management skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • This position has no direct reports but will work closely with sales team, channel team, marketing, business managers, and product management to execute education channel strategies.
  • Home-based role within a fast-paced work environment.
  • Travel of up to 50% is required, with regular visits to partner offices, education events, and industry conferences.
