What Makes This Role Great: You will play a vital role in driving new customer acquisitions within a rapidly expanding global eCommerce ecosystem, directly influencing digital strategy, optimizing promotional campaigns, and delivering dynamic SaaS solutions that transform the construction industry lifecycle.

Key Exciting Responsibilities:

  • Drive new acquisition SaaS sales goals across the digital channel by proactively engaging with customers through live chat, email, and direct phone interactions.

  • Utilize Salesforce CRM and digital sales tools to source, track, and convert high-potential leads into long-term customers.

  • Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to design, launch, and execute innovative targeted campaigns, including abandoned cart recovery and trial migrations.

  • Partner with analytics teams to measure performance metrics, analyze campaign KPIs, and develop BI visualizations that unlock continuous eCommerce growth.

  • Engage directly with online prospects to solve operational pain points, mitigate purchasing barriers, and elevate overall customer satisfaction.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 1 year of success in a customer-facing digital sales, customer service, or SaaS engagement/Sales environments.

  • Hands-on experience working with global eCommerce channels, digital lead management, and live engagement tools.

  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets within a fast-paced setting.

  • Proven ability to navigate CRM tools, analyze customer data, and drive continuous channel improvements.

Bonus Points For:

  • Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce CRM systems.

  • Prior experience with business intelligence visualization tools.

Logistics:

Location: Westminster, CO (In Office 4 days a week, candidate must reside within 1 hour of the Westminster office)

Compensation: 65k-75k +/- OTE Salary+ Variable

Compensation:  Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
