Job Duties and Responsibilities
Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview.
We are looking for a strategic, data-driven ecommerce leader to own and grow new customer acquisition on BoostMobile.com. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end web buy flow — from device and plan selection through checkout — with a singular focus on driving web gross adds and conversion performance. You will manage the new customer journey across device purchases, BYOD activations, and plan selection, ensuring every touchpoint is optimized for conversion.
This role sits at the intersection of ecommerce strategy, funnel analytics, and go-to-market execution. You will collaborate with marketing, merchandising, product, UX, and web operations to rapidly iterate on the buy flow in a dynamic, competitive wireless environment. The ideal candidate is a data-savvy storyteller with a relentless focus on conversion, a test-and-learn mentality, and the ability to translate funnel insights into actionable improvements that move the business.
What Success Looks Like (Objectives):
- Own and grow web gross adds by continuously optimizing the BoostMobile.com new customer buy flow across device, BYOD, and plan selection paths
- Drive measurable conversion rate improvements through systematic A/B testing, funnel analysis, and data-informed iteration on page layouts, CTAs, pricing presentation, and checkout experience
- Monitor daily acquisition KPIs — traffic, conversion rate, cart abandonment, average order value, gross adds by channel — and identify friction points and opportunities in real time
- Manage and optimize referral traffic and affiliate partnerships to drive qualified inbound traffic to the buy flow, collaborating closely with performance marketing
- Lead cross-functional go-to-market execution for new device launches, seasonal promotions, and plan changes, ensuring the web experience is ready on day one and optimized post-launch
- Leverage AI-driven personalization and predictive analytics to deliver dynamic, segment-specific buy flow experiences that increase conversion and customer lifetime value
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Core Skills and Competencies (What you'll bring):
- Deep ecommerce acquisition expertise, with a demonstrated track record of growing online sales and new customer acquisition in high-velocity, direct-to-consumer environments
- Advanced conversion optimization skills, including hands-on experience designing and analyzing A/B tests, multivariate experiments, and funnel optimization strategies that deliver measurable revenue impact
- Strong analytical proficiency with tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or comparable platforms — the ability to translate complex data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations for stakeholders
- Working knowledge of ecommerce platforms including Adobe Commerce (Magento) and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), with the ability to partner with web operations on content updates and buy flow configuration
- Strategic business acumen with the capability to translate high-level acquisition targets into tactical execution roadmaps, manage competing priorities, and defend data-driven decisions to senior leadership
- AI Literacy, specifically the ability to leverage AI-powered personalization engines, predictive modeling, and productivity tools to automate segmentation, optimize funnel performance, and scale acquisition strategies
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, with demonstrated ability to drive alignment across marketing, product, UX, merchandising, and engineering teams to deliver cohesive customer experiences
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field
- Minimum Experience: 5+ years of ecommerce experience with a focus on customer acquisition, conversion optimization, or growth in a DTC or subscription-based environment
- Required Technical Skills: Must have experience with:
- Web analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or equivalent)
- A/B testing and experimentation tools (Optimizely, Adobe Target, or equivalent)
- Ecommerce platforms (Adobe Commerce/Magento, Shopify, or comparable)
- CMS platforms (Adobe Experience Manager or comparable)
- Customer data platforms (CDPs) for segmentation and personalization
