Job Responsibilities:
Magna Eagle Bend Manufacturing is a leading automotive manufacturer dedicated to delivering our clients high-quality products and innovative solutions. We are currently seeking talented and motivated production workers.
Who we are looking for: Preferred candidates will be individuals who can work on their feet for extended periods, are willing to work overtime and weekends as needed, and are adaptable to a fast-paced retail environment.
Available Shift: 2nd Shift (2:30 - 10:30 pm) and 3rd Shift (10:30 pm - 6:30 am)
Pay: $20.34 - $21.11 an hour - this includes $1.00 differential
Responsibilities:

• Perform basic assembly of components and sub-assemblies
• Operate resistance spot weld machines or laser machines
• Assist Hot Stamp Operator with set-up and operation of hot stamp lines
• Perform basic safety inspections on equipment and record data
• Complete SPC (Statistical Process Control) checks and charts as required
• Follow instructions to ensure accurate production
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols

Skills:

• Proficient in using power tools and hand tools for fabrication and assembly
• Mechanical knowledge to understand equipment operation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
• Able to work in a warm environment during summer time
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Experience working in a manufacturing setting is preferred
• Ability to understand verbal work instructions provided in English
