Role Overview
We are seeking an E-Commerce Marketing Manager to work cross-functionally with our E-Commerce, Marketing, Merchandising, Web Development, and IT teams to help propel our Brands forward. To succeed in this role, you will focus your efforts on performance marketing, e-commerce, and website projects. You should have an analytical mindset while being able to creatively solve problems. This role reports to the Director of E-Commerce for Splendid and Florence by Mills Fashion.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the growth marketing strategy, processes and implementation.
- Manage digital marketing channels across PPC, SEO, display (CTV), affiliates and paid social media in conjunction with third-party vendors.
- Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring a strong return on investment. Keep expenses in line with budget and ROI/ROAS, Spend as a % of demand, and cost-per-acquisition goals.
- Manage the promotional calendar and the asset creation process for all promotional content. Acting as the primary contact with the creative, email marketing, and buying teams to develop promotional content, including, but not limited to, text, static, animated, and video, to meet asset needs for all channels.
- Optimize ad delivery, landing page conversion and user experience driving on-line purchases as efficiently as possible.
- Communicate regular metrics and findings from your campaigns and analyze performance, insights, blockers and areas of opportunity.
- Continually review the agencies’ service, processes, and systems to ensure they meet excellent quality standards.
- Monitor the marketplace and competitors, keeping the Brands informed of industry initiatives and key developments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing with a strong focus on managing performance marketing programs to a profitable ROI/ROAS
- Proficiency in Google AdWords is required
- Strong comprehension of Shopify required
- Strong experience in website analytics tools such as Google Analytics required, Triple Whale and 42 Technologies preferred
- Experience developing and executing digital marketing strategies and tactics
- Experience managing outside performance marketing vendors
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in data analysis, A/B testing, and using data to drive decisions - ability to make decisions based on data analysis and insights with a customer focused mindset
- Strong e-commerce project management skills and incredible attention to detail
- The ability to manage SEO and SEM marketing campaigns, as well as paid social media and display advertising campaigns
- Experience working with partners to optimize landing pages for optimal conversions
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Can quickly learn multiple business processes and systems
This a hybrid role, with 4 days in our NYC office
PAY RATE: $80,000/yr-$92,000/yr
