Job Overview:
The Coverage Supervisor is responsible for leading a high-volume, performance-driven Coverage team supporting Docketly’s operational excellence. This leader drives staffing performance, inside sales effectiveness, recruiting execution, and KPI attainment while developing a team of Coverage Specialists to operate at scale.
This role requires a data-driven, self-sufficient leader who can balance people development with measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 7–10 Coverage Specialists in a high-volume staffing environment
- Drive team performance against KPIs including fill rate, margin targets (36%+), drops, losses, and daily MTTC execution
- Translate recruiting and inside sales strategies into scalable best practices across the team
- Set, track, and execute against team and individual OKRs to ensure consistent performance growth
- Analyze reporting data to identify trends, risks, and performance gaps; implement corrective action plans
- Manage escalations professionally, exercising sound judgment and solution-oriented decision making
- Create a culture of accountability, ownership, and measurable results
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements that increase speed and quality
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Leadership to ensure alignment on performance goals
- Maintain strong oversight of hearing losses, cancellations, and coverage gaps while ensuring proper approval workflows
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of progressive experience in coverage and recruiting environments with clear career growth
- Proven strength in inside sales, including consultative selling, objection handling, negotiation, and closing
- Demonstrated ability to convert recruiting and sales tactics into repeatable systems for team success
- Data-driven decision maker with strong proficiency in reporting tools and performance analytics
- Experienced in setting and operationalizing OKRs to drive measurable outcomes
- Strong continuous improvement mindset proactively identifies process gaps and implements solutions
- Effective escalation manager who remains composed and solutions-focused under pressure
- Holds team members accountable while fostering engagement and performance ownership
- Skilled coach who develops others through structured feedback, training, and real-time performance management
- Highly self-sufficient and reliable; trusted to operate independently while aligning with leadership priorities
- Strong communicator and collaborator across departments
- Demonstrates leadership readiness through influence, consistency, and balanced people/business focus

Pay Range: $63,000-$75,000-based on experience
Schedule: Monday through Friday-with a start time of 6am, In Person in our Longmont, CO Office.
