OmniCable, LLC (OmniCable), a stable, industry-leading redistributor of wire and cable known for consistent growth and reliable operations, is seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor to join our McCarran distribution center.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will support the Distribution Center Manager in overseeing the receiving, processing, and distribution of specialty wire and cable products. You will help lead daily warehouse operations, coordinate team assignments, maintain a safe and organized work environment, and ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time.

The ideal candidate is a dependable, action-oriented leader who can balance team supervision with hands-on warehouse responsibilities in a fast-paced production environment.

Why This Role Matters

As a Distribution Center Supervisor, you will help ensure our customers receive the right products, in the right quantities, and on time. Your leadership will directly influence employee safety, order accuracy, productivity, facility operations, and the overall customer experience.

What You’ll Do

Supervise daily distribution center activities, including work assignments, staffing priorities, and employee responsibilities.

Coordinate receiving, order processing, wire cutting, shipping, loading, unloading, and inventory movement to support customer requirements.

Train and develop distribution center associates while reinforcing safety standards, standard operating procedures, and performance expectations.

Partner with local and national sales teams to ensure customer orders meet product, quantity, accuracy, and timing requirements.

Review and prioritize orders, confirm shipping accuracy, and communicate shipping and receiving requirements with truck drivers and transportation partners.

Support facility operations, safety, security, equipment maintenance, inventory control, and other non-order-related responsibilities.

Lead the team in the Distribution Center Manager’s absence, including addressing timekeeping requests, operational needs, and facility concerns.

Work within specific production areas when business volume requires additional support.

Open or close the facility as needed and provide on-call support for emergency orders when required.

What Success Looks Like

Customer orders are processed accurately, safely, and within required timelines.

Team members understand their assignments, follow established procedures, and receive the training and support needed to perform effectively.

Safety, quality, housekeeping, and 5S standards are consistently maintained.

Receiving, production, and shipping priorities remain organized throughout the shift.

Communication between distribution, sales, transportation partners, and leadership is timely and effective.

Work Environment & Schedule

This is an on-site position at 1500 Waltham Way, Suite 1, McCarran, NV 89437, located off USA Parkway.

The regular work schedule is 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The position operates in a fast-paced warehouse and production environment with a strong emphasis on safety, accuracy, and urgency.

This is a hands-on leadership role that may require loading and unloading trucks, operating forklifts, using wire and cable cutting machines, and working with other warehouse material-handling equipment.

The supervisor may be required to open or close the facility and provide on-call support for emergency orders.
