  • Partner directly with business unit leaders to ensure delivery dependencies are visible, commitments remain on track, and measurable operating outcomes are achieved.

  • Partner with Architecture, CTO, Security COE, Quality Council, Customer Experience leaders, and Engineering leaders to ensure alignment across councils and governance bodies.

  • Act as a portfolio-level voice for product management within Hybrid Cloud leadership discussions.

Product Management Transformation

  • Lead the transformation and modernization of Product Management across Hybrid Cloud, establishing a consistent operating model, governance framework, portfolio management discipline, and best practices.

  • Champion and measure adoption of AI-enabled Product Management and AI-PDLC practices to improve product quality, engineering productivity, innovation velocity, and customer outcomes.

  • Prepare executive recommendations supported by business cases, market insights, competitive analysis, and customer feedback.

  • Present portfolio recommendations, cross-business-unit dependencies, and execution risks to senior leadership teams.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to Hybrid Cloud executives on portfolio integration, roadmap dependencies, and delivery decisions.

Qualifications
