The Hackett Group is looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Financial Director who is comfortable with leading a team and performing functional tasks. You will provide functional leadership for assigned project roles focused on implementing Oracle Cloud Financial applications as well as being able to step in to complex implementing when needed.  You will be responsible for solution design, delivery, RAM business process analysis, and system integration. You will play a key role in offering functional Oracle Financial guidance to clients regarding "best practices" and the functionality of the software modules through all phases of an implementation. The perfect candidate will create and maintain client relationships as well as be comfortable interacting with CFO’s and Controllers while also providing clients with solutions. You will be given the opportunity to advise on enterprise structure and chart accounts.

You will collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create and implement innovative high-quality solutions, participate in Sales and various pursuits focused on our clients' business needs. You will also contribute in a variety of roles In thought leadership, mentorship, systems analysis, architecture, design, configuration, delivery, testing, debugging, and documentation. You will challenge your leading-edge solutions, consultative and business skills through the diversity of work in multiple industry domains.

Oracle Cloud Financial Director Responsibilities:
•    Perform Implementation Discovery workshops to understand the size, scope, and complexity of Oracle ERP consulting sales opportunities.
•    Implement Oracle Cloud Financials.
•    Deliver client presentations.
•    Engage and participate in Oracle product demonstrations.
•    Identify business requirements and align them to Oracle Cloud Financials functionality.
•    Experience implementing Oracle GAAP, GL, AP, AR, Financial Reporting and Cash Management.
•    Knowledge of Revenue accounting, billing, credit and Period Close activities.
•    Configure Cloud Financials Application if needed based on client requirements.
•    Develop innovative solutions using Oracle Cloud Financials for various Cloud Financials business requirements.
•    Provide functional application leadership and guidance to client regarding “best practices” and the functionality of the software modules through all phases of an implementation.
•    Assist in the developing proposals, RFPs, and statements of work congruent with scale and scope of the sales cycle and engagement.
•    Create:
o    Implementation estimates
o    Proposals and presentations
o    Statements of Work
o    Staffing and high-level project plans
•    Maintain effective relationships with multiple clients and/or vendors.
•    Lead weekly project status meetings for assigned team and actively participate in project’s weekly status, and/or, issues meetings.
•    Acts as mentor for the professional growth of project team personnel and will provide guidance and support to strengthen skills of all project team members assigned to the projects they manage.

Oracle Cloud Financial Director Job Requirements:
•    Must have extensive experience implementing Oracle Cloud Financial applications.
•    Able to engage in ERP best practices and storytelling.
•    Breadth and depth of product knowledge across the full spectrum of the ERP Suite.
•    Ability to engage and interact with C Level Executives.
•    Solid presentation skills.
•    Executive presence.
•    Ability to actively engage in the sales lifecycle.
