Our Cloud Security Engineering team is dedicated to designing, developing, and implementing leading-edge cloud security strategies across multiple cloud service providers. As the Director of Technical Product Management for Cloud Security, you will lead the strategic vision, lifecycle management, and enterprise-wide adoption of our cloud security products. In this role, you will champion a robust DevSecOps culture, simplify the cloud adoption user experience, and drive executive alignment to ensure our systems remain safe, resilient, and highly secure. You will work with cloud-native architectures, advanced security guardrails, and enterprise tooling to safeguard healthcare data for millions of Americans.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Define, drive, and communicate the enterprise-wide cloud security product vision, strategic direction, and multi-year product roadmap
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for cloud security value streams using industry best practices, including strategy, discovery, design, development, launch, adoption, financial health, and decommissioning
  • Act as the cloud security product champion to guide and align executive-level stakeholders across multiple lines of business
  • Partner with engineering, architecture, and business teams to define technical requirements, establish clear feature priorities, and manage the product backlog
  • Apply deep cloud security domain expertise to bridge the gap between tactical engineering execution and overall business and compliance goals
  • Facilitate and guide product/engineering teams through SAFe Agile events, including Program Increment (PI) planning, backlog refinement, capacity planning, and resource scheduling
  • Establish and analyze product key performance indicators (KPIs), user adoption metrics, and security compliance reports to continuously measure business value.
  • Evaluate market trends, competitor insights, and emerging cloud security technologies to identify and frame new capabilities
  • Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation by streamlining workflows and automating repetitive tasks
  • Evaluate emerging trends to drive continuous improvement and strategic innovation

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of equivalent technology product management or cloud security experience
  • 5+ years of experience leading technology-powered product solution delivery and modern product discovery/delivery methods
  • 5+ years of experience making strategic decisions and leading products across multiple enterprise-scale business units
  • 3+ years of experience navigating and delivering technical solutions within a Fortune 50-sized organization or equivalent complex enterprise environment
  • 3+ years of experience partnering with, influencing, and driving backlog prioritization with cross-functional security and technology stakeholders
  • 3+ years of experience defining, implementing, or enforcing enterprise cloud architecture and security design patterns
  • 3+ years of experience defining and governing Agile "Definition of Done" standards across multiple engineering teams
  • 3+ years of experience negotiating product roadmap tradeoffs and driving consensus across diverse application portfolios
  • 3+ years of experience defining and tracking product key performance indicators (KPIs) and business value metrics (such as adoption rates, compliance metrics, or OKRs)
  • Conceptual or hands-on experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
  • Experience utilizing product management tools such as Aha!, Rally, Jira, or similar backlog/roadmap planning software
  • Experience managing product financial metrics, including cloud cost optimization or Cloud FinOps

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional certifications in product management (e.g., Product Owner/Product Manager - POPM, Pragmatic Institute) or cloud/security domains (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, CISSP, CCSP)
  • Experience with DevOps or DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipeline automation, and enterprise security scanning tools (e.g., Prisma, Checkmarx, SonarQube)
  • Experience with container orchestration technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker) and securing Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)
  • Proven ability to document and present complex cloud security outcomes clearly, demonstrating solid empathy for user experience

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $134,600 to $230,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
