    • Proactively surface trends, risks, and opportunities impacting the field force and recommend strategic actions
  • Critical Initiatives & Enterprise Execution
    • Lead high-priority, enterprise-level initiatives that directly enable agent productivity, selling effectiveness, and operational readiness
    • Translate corporate strategies, programs, and changes into clear, field-ready execution models
    • Partner with Sales, Compliance, Operations, Technology, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure initiatives are practical, scalable, and adopted by the field
    • Establish success metrics and feedback loops to assess impact and continuously improve outcomes
  • Field Partnership & Communication
    • Build strong, trust-based relationships with senior 1099 Field Leaders across markets
    • Act as a credible advisor to field leadership on enterprise priorities, constraints, and opportunities
    • Ensure consistent, two-way communication between the field and corporate teams, reducing friction and misalignment
    • Support change management efforts by anticipating field impacts and mitigating disruption
  • Governance, Compliance & Operational Excellence
    • Partner with Compliance and Risk teams to ensure field-facing initiatives align with regulatory and policy requirements
    • Help design guardrails that enable selling while maintaining compliance discipline
    • Support continuous improvement of processes, tools, and operating rhythms that impact the field experience

You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
Required Qualifications:
