The Director of Revenue Marketing and AI Growth leads the organization's go-to-market strategy to accelerate scalable and predictable revenue growth. This role designs the integration of demand generation, advanced analytics, and AI-powered enablement across direct sales and partner channels. The position drives cross-functional collaboration to optimize the customer journey and maximize operational marketing efficiency. Ultimately, this leader establishes marketing as a measurable, data-driven engine for enterprise pipeline development.

What you'll do:

  • Owns corporate revenue marketing strategy with direct accountability for qualified pipeline, customer acquisition, and commercial growth. 

  • Designs and executes integrated demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) programs across direct sales and strategic vertical channels. 

  • Leads the AI revenue enablement roadmap to automate repetitive workflows and deploy AI capabilities across the entire customer journey. 

  • Develops scalable partner marketing initiatives and collaborates with channel leadership to drive measurable, partner-sourced revenue. 

  • Partners with Sales and Revenue Operations to align cross-functional growth initiatives and support sales enablement through targeted content and buyer insights. 

  • Establishes measurable KPIs and attribution tracking across the buyer journey to continuously optimize marketing spend efficiency. 

  • Owns the evaluation and evolution of the core marketing technology ecosystem to ensure data quality, robust reporting, and commercial system integration. 

  • Builds, mentors, and develops a high-performing marketing organization focused on clear strategic priorities and measurable business outcomes. 

  • Fosters an organizational culture centered on responsible AI adoption, continuous learning, and rapid marketing experimentation. 

  • Formulates annual marketing strategies, budgets, and investment priorities to deliver data-backed growth recommendations to executive leadership. 


We are seeking a Marketing professional who:

  • Builds collaborative relationships across Sales, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and Executive Leadership. 

  • Inspires teams through innovation, transparency, and measurable results. 
     

What we need from you:

  • 5+ years of progressive B2B payments marketing experience with demonstrated revenue accountability. 

  • Minimum 3 years leading high performing marketing organizations. 

  • Proven success building measurable demand generation programs that drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth. 

  • Experience supporting both direct sales and partner/channel organizations. 

  • Strong understanding of revenue operations, marketing analytics, attribution, funnel optimization, and commercial performance measurement. 

  • Demonstrated experience implementing  AI-powered marketing technologies and  automation platforms. 

  • Experience within SaaS, FinTech, Payments, Technology, IT Services,Cybersecurity, Telecommunications, or other complex B2B markets. (Preferred)

  • Experience building Account-Based Marketing programs. (Preferred)

  • Experience working alongside Revenue Operations organizations. (Preferred)

  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, AI platforms, customer intelligence tools, and modern GTM  technology ecosystems.(Preferred)

Salary Range: $130,000-$175,000
