We’re looking for a product manager to lead efforts that unlock automation across the Slack and Salesforce platforms. Your mission will be to increase customer productivity by building deeply integrated workflow automation. This is a high-impact role at the center of Slack and Salesforce’s platform convergence strategy.
As part of this role, you’ll drive the development and connectivity across Slack’s Workflow Builder and Salesforce’s Flow Builder in addition to leading a new initiative to create a Seamless Salesforce for Slack App. Your work will help unify fragmented experiences across products, simplify automation for admins, and deliver seamless, connected, and scalable automation to millions of users.
This is a rare opportunity to shape how millions of people automate work across two of the world’s most powerful enterprise platforms. You’ll be part of a passionate, collaborative team that’s redefining what’s possible by bringing Slack and Salesforce together.
What you’ll do

  • Define and deliver core functionality that enables Slack automation like creating channels and sending messages from Salesforce Flow’s Builder to unlock new use cases and advanced automation needs

  • Partner with engineering, design, and cross-cloud teams to build an auto-installed, secure, and extensible Salesforce for Slack app that powers event trigger notifications and other automated workflows in Slack

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and customers to prioritize high-impact use cases across Sales, Service, Marketing, and more in Slack’s Workflow Builder

  • Drive adoption and measure success through product usage data, customer feedback, and business outcomes

What you’ll need

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with platform, automation, or integration products

  • Strong understanding of enterprise workflows and how businesses leverage tools like Slack and Salesforce

  • A track record of shipping 0→1 products or complex cross-platform features

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive alignment across teams, and execute at a high level

  • Technical fluency and familiarity with APIs, events, and automation platforms is a plus

Nice to have

  • Experience working on Slack, Salesforce, or other workflow/automation platforms

  • Background in B2B SaaS or productivity tools

  • Passion for creating intuitive user experiences that simplify complex workflows

Unleash Your Potential

When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we’ll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love. Apply today to not only shape the future — but to redefine what’s possible — for yourself, for AI, and the world.
