About PebblePost

PebblePost is a leading performance marketing company specializing in programmatic direct mail and CTV. Our proprietary technology leverages online and offline data to drive measurable, incremental outcomes at scale for the world’s top brands. With the ability to identify and reach nearly every U.S. household, and exclusive access to $100B+ in annual transactions and hundreds of billions of real-time intent signals, PebblePost delivers unparalleled precision, scale, and performance for marketing campaigns.

About the role

You'll report to the SVP of Product, and own the product strategy and delivery for our Campaign Management platform. That is, the systems our teams use to set up brands and campaigns, control access, configure audiences, and launch and manage work across both Programmatic Direct Mail and CTV.

Today, a lot of that work depends on manual handoffs, duplicate data entry, and disconnected tools. Your job is to turn it into a coherent product: clearer data models, real permissions, self-serve audience workflows, and campaign setup that doesn't require someone to remember the legacy knowledge.

This is an end-to-end role. You'll figure out what the people who sell, implement, and operate campaigns actually need, decide what to build, align the org behind it, and make sure it ships and gets used.

You will
  • Set the product direction for campaign management and build the roadmap with the SVP of Product and Engineering leadership
  • Prioritize across the core platform areas: brand and campaign data, role-based access control, audience building, and campaign configuration
  • Work directly with engineers on data models, APIs, and integrations, and on the sequencing that keeps current operations running while you build for scale
  • Turn how Operations, Technical Account Management, Sales and Brand Partnerships work today into product requirements with measurable outcomes attached
  • Design and roll out the permissions model that makes the platform safe for internal teams, open-beta users, and eventually external customers
  • Drive adoption: find where users get stuck, build the enablement plan, and close the loop between usage data and what you build next
  • Analyze usage and operational data to track workflow completion, reliability, and how much manual effort a campaign still takes
  • Find places where automation and AI can take work off people's plates in campaign setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Explain your decisions, tradeoffs, and risks to executives and to teams who don't think in product terms
You have
  • 8+ years in product management, with 3+ owning a platform, workflow, or operations-heavy product
  • Built B2B SaaS in AdTech, MarTech, or a similar data business, for products used by more than one type of user
  • Experience building products where entities, permissions, roles, and system-of-record decisions are the hard part
  • Enough technical depth to work with engineers on APIs, data models, and integrations without being the engineer
  • A history of turning messy operational processes into workflows people actually use
  • Comfort using product and business data to decide what to build and to judge whether it worked
  • Track record of getting stakeholders with competing goals to agree on a direction
  • Experience with audience platforms, identity, measurement, or marketing operations
  • Experience with AI-enabled or agentic workflows
Our benefits
  • Remote-friendly team
  • Unlimited PTO policy
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans
  • Cell phone reimbursement program
  • Flexible spending, health savings, and pre-tax commuter accounts
  • Employee-based 401(k) program
  • Additional voluntary benefit programs, including life, critical illness, disability, employee assistance, and buy-up options
