your impact @ starface

Starface is seeking a Director, Partnerships, Collabs, & PR to help bring our brand to life through culture, collaboration, meaningful relationships, and earned media. In this role, you’ll report into the SVP of Brand, and lead the sourcing, development, and management of high-impact partnerships across talent, brands, licensed IP, and experiential moments, while overseeing the day-to-day relationship with our PR agency.

You’ll be plugged into what’s happening across music, entertainment, fashion, beauty, and culture, using strong industry relationships and sharp brand instincts to identify opportunities that feel distinctly Starface. You’ll bring new ideas and partners to the table, manage inbound opportunities, help structure deals, and own the details that turn an exciting partnership, event, or campaign into a successful launch.

The right person for this role is highly connected, commercially savvy, exceptionally organized, and equally comfortable developing relationships as they are managing the operational details behind complex partnerships, events, and PR programs. You’re a fit if you understand how talent relationships, brand collaborations, and licensing deals work, and know what it takes to move an opportunity from an initial conversation through contract, launch, and recap.

At Starface, we find fun, lead with care, aim high, stay curious, and move forward. We love people who defy convention and welcome an attitude of exploration into the bold and creative in all that we do. If you’re a relationship builder who understands culture, knows how great partnerships get made, and loves turning ambitious ideas into reality—and all of this resonates with you so far—please keep reading!

we’ll count on you to
