The OpportunityRemodelBoom is a revenue-share growth partner for home improvement companies across the United States. Our clients do not pay retainers or setup fees; we earn revenue when our campaigns generate sales. This model makes operational execution, client outcomes, and company performance directly connected.
We are seeking a Director of Operations to own the build-out of a new service line.
The RoleThe Director of Operations will directly take a new service from ideation to revenue-driving.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, testing, and launch of the new service line.
Define the business case, delivery model, technology and staffing requirements, operating procedures, and success metrics for the new offering.
Run structured pilots, assess client results and unit economics, and recommend whether the service should be refined, scaled, or discontinued.
Integrate successful offering into the company's sales, fulfillment, account management, and reporting processes.
Growth in revenue generated from the new service line.
Consistent service delivery, operational quality, and timely issue resolution.
Track record of taking a service from idea to revenue-generating.
Experience building operations within a B2B online service-based business is preferred; experience serving the home improvement industry is a bonus.

The mandate is demanding and outcomes-driven; the successful candidate will be expected to bring structure to ambiguity and deliver measurable improvement.
Compensation and Benefits$200,000 annual base salary.
Profit sharing based on performance.
