  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for support staff and technicians, ensuring the right talent is in place to meet operational needs.
  • Supervise and optimize technician pre-game capacity, ensuring workforce readiness and efficient task allocation.

Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of proven track record in Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) operations and deployment, with extensive experience in managing related processes.
  • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence.
  • Experience in budget management, with the ability to plan, allocate, and optimize resources effectively.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
  • Adaptable and ready to thrive in a startup environment, bringing flexibility and a growth mindset to the role.

We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package (including 401k packages), various perks and opportunities for growth and development. If you believe you are a fit from a role and culture perspective, please submit your resume, along with a cover letter for consideration.
