How You'll Make an Impact
- Lead Sales Managers, Account Executives, and Account Managers in achieving annual Bulk and Non-Bulk sales targets
- Develop, implement, and track Multi Dwelling Unit sales activities across the organization to boost team productivity and customer growth
- Guide sales leaders in executing growth opportunities and overall sales strategies
- Communicate plans, strategies, and key performance indicators to field personnel while monitoring and evaluating team results
- Collaborate with Recruiting, Human Resources, and Training and Development on staffing, training enhancements, and coaching for performance improvement
- Oversee territory assignments and MDU portfolios to maximize sales within competitive communities
- Stay informed on market trends and competitive tactics, providing recommendations to senior management with supporting analysis
- Assist in preparing annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and identify market trends affecting performance
- Provide performance feedback to leadership through coaching and formal evaluations

What You'll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field or equivalent experience
Experience
- 5+ years of sales experience
- 10+ years of management experience
- 5+ years of CATV experience
Skills
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Proficiency in oral and written communication
- Strong knowledge of door-to-door and relationship sales strategies
- Capability to supervise and motivate teams
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficient with personal computers and software applications such as word processing and spreadsheets
