Infinite Reality’s SaaS product, iR Studio, is a self service 3D immersive website builder that is designed to help creators and brands of all sizes enhance the customer purchase journey and drive deeper engagement with their communities and customers. No coding experience is required. Just design, publish, measure and monetize.

Location: Remote, East Coast location preferred for time zone alignment.

The role

Infinite Reality is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead strategy and execution for our Entertainment division, including the iconic Napster Music brand, as well as creator platforms, and original content studios. This is a high-impact leadership role for a senior marketer who’s as comfortable building acquisition strategies as they are shaping brand stories that move culture.

You’ll report to the SVP/Global Head of Marketing and own marketing for a fast-moving, high- visibility portfolio. While you’ll have one direct report, you’ll also partner with a cross-functional group of internal collaborators—content strategy, lifecycle/email, creative—and manage agency partners to drive execution. This role is ideal for someone currently operating at a Director level, with deep experience across brand and performance, and the ability to flex between strategy and hands-on execution.

What you’ll do

  • Own the Marketing Strategy: Lead the full-funnel marketing roadmap for Napster Music and the broader entertainment brand portfolio—balancing long-term positioning with near-term growth goals.
  • Drive User Acquisition & Engagement: Build and optimize integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels to grow and retain audiences.
  •  Shape Brand Identity Voice: Evolve each brand’s identity and storytelling, while building a cohesive narrative for the division under the Infinite Reality umbrella.
  •  Lead Influence Teams: Directly manage one team member while guiding others (product, creative, business development, etc.) in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Launch New Products Initiatives: Oversee go-to-market planning and cross-functional execution for product launches, partnerships, and campaigns.
  • Partner Across the Business: Work closely with Product, Business Development, Content, Talent, and executive leadership to align on vision and priorities.
  • Measure, Learn, Optimize: Set KPIs, own the budget, and use data to improve campaign performance, brand resonance, and user outcomes.
  • Act as an External Face: Represent iR Entertainment in partner conversations, industry events, and media-facing opportunities.

What you’ll bring

  • 8–10+ years in senior marketing roles, preferably in music, streaming, or digital media
  • Proven track record of leading integrated marketing across brand, acquisition, content, and social
  • Experience managing and influencing cross-functional teams—even without large direct- report headcount
  • Hands-on experience launching and scaling consumer products or platforms
  • Strategic thinker with strong creative instincts—and the ability to execute quickly and efficiently
  • Comfort navigating fast-paced, high-growth environments with shifting priorities
  • Proficiency with modern marketing tools (HubSpot, GA, CRM, performance platforms) 

We’ll be extra pumped if you have

  • Experience marketing across music streaming, creator platforms, or influencer/talent ecosystems
  • A passion for music, entertainment, and creator communities
  • Prior experience in a startup or fast-scaling environment
  • Familiarity with XR, spatial computing, or immersive tech platforms
Salary Range
$155,000$185,000 USD

Base pay will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, certifications, experience, market demands, and locations.
