Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Director of Lead Generation is responsible for leading our dynamic team, shaping our overarching strategy while driving unparalleled growth and success. WHO WE NEED:
- 5-7+ years' experience in lead generation for B2B businesses, SaaS preferred
- 3+ years' experience leading a team
- Knowledgeable about GTM strategy and tying lead generation activities to overall initiatives
- Prior experience using the Value Selling methodology
- Proven expertise of SaaS lead generation KPIs and best practices
- Experience partnering with sales teams on pipeline development
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, and telephony tools (e.g. Zoom phones)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to coach, motivate, and inspire

- Provide strategic oversight for the daily performance, activities, and operations of the Sales or Lead Development Representative team
- Spearhead initiatives to consistently achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets through compelling and innovative leadership
- Conduct in-depth analysis of key performance metrics to identify areas for strategic improvement and optimization
- Drive a metric driven culture and mindset with the team and cross functional teams
- Architect and implement a comprehensive sales development strategy to drive substantial pipeline growth and revenue generation
- Direct the enhancement and adoption of pivotal departmental processes and procedures
- Collaborate proactively and cross-functionally to ensure optimal team and individual enablement
- Cultivate a highly collaborative and inclusive team culture that champions accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Guide the professional development of SDRs, facilitating their transition into other integral roles within the sales organization
- Maintain a current understanding of industry trends and technological advancements within the construction sector
