WHAT YOU'LL DO :
The Backend Developer's role is to assess and improve the company and system architecture and scalability to ensure business processes are efficient and back end office systems are working effectively. The Backend Developer role will work closely with the Senior Backend Developer and others to develop, deploy, and maintain systems that support business processes.
WHO WE NEED:
Responsibilities:
  • Work with the Senior Developer to design and develop with consideration of upstream and downstream system and technical implications
  • In collaboration with the Senior Developer, implement reusable code structure to streamline future development across multiple systems
  • Collaborate seamlessly with ESS teams to meet and exceed established SLAs for work requests, consistently demonstrating commitment to service excellence
  • Provide support for production environments by troubleshooting and resolving issues as needed
  • Cultivate and apply a passion for emerging technologies, proactively exploring and evaluating their potential to enhance business operations and outcomes

Education & Experience:
  • BS degree preferred, or 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Strong experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web
  • Components and the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud & CPQ)
  • Proficiency in one or more backend programming languages such as Java, Python, C+, etc.
  • Working knowledge in multiple systems such as Workato, Netsuite, Gearset
  • Knowledge of API development and integration
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities properly
