The Impact You Will Make
The Director, Integrated Marketing drives growth and performance across a portfolio of university partners through insight-led, full-funnel marketing strategies. Serving as the senior marketing lead for assigned partners, this role aligns marketing strategy, enrollment goals, and partner priorities to deliver measurable business outcomes.
This leader collaborates cross-functionally with Partner Management, Research, Academic Services, Enrollment/Retention, and marketing executions teams to translate market insights into effective growth strategies, optimize performance, and support successful program launches. The Director also develops and coaches Integrated Marketing Managers, fostering a high-performing and collaborative team culture, to deliver excellence in execution, campaign performance, and partner engagement.
How You Will Bring Our Mission to Life
What You Will Do
• Lead integrated marketing strategy and full-funnel performance across a portfolio of university partners.
• Lead strategic discussions on growth, marketing performance, and optimization opportunities.
• Develop annual marketing plans, forecasts, and investment recommendations aligned to partner and enterprise goals.
• Partner cross-functionally to drive aligned execution across marketing, engagement, insights, academic services, and partner management teams.
• Translate market research, student insights, and performance data into actionable recommendations and strategic narratives.
• Guide optimization strategies, testing plans, and budget recommendations to improve marketing and enrollment outcomes.
• Lead partner-facing business reviews and communicate performance trends, risks, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
• Support successful program launches through strategic positioning, value proposition development, and go-to-marketing planning.
• Develop and coach Integrated Marketing Managers through feedback, mentoring, and performance management.

What You’ll Bring to the Team
Experience That Matters Most
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required; Master’s degree (MBA) strongly preferred.
• 7-10+ years of experience in integrated marketing, portfolio management, or brand management; agency or account management experience highly desirable.
• Demonstrated success leading integrated marketing planning and execution across multiple channels, including paid media, content, field, and organic.
• Strong digital marketing fluency, including performance measurement, paid campaign strategy, and channel optimization.
Experience That’s Great to Have
• Prior experience in higher education, enrollment, education technology, or other mission-driven sectors highly desirable.
• Experience managing complex partner portfolios or matrixed client environments.
• Experience leading go-to-market planning and launch strategies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, and a track record of developing high performing teams.
