How You'll Make an Impact:

In this role, you will report to the VP, Onboarding and lead a team of Immigration Specialists around the world to provide:

  • Advice and guidance:
  • Work with customers and individuals to understand their immigration options, the requirements for different types of visas, and the potential risks associated with different immigration paths on a global scale.
  • Application processing:
  • Assist with preparing and filing global immigration applications, ensuring that all necessary documents are submitted correctly and accurately.
  • Policy interpretation:
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in global immigration laws and regulations, providing clients with informed advice on how these changes might affect their cases.
  • Communication:
  • Communicate with various worldwide immigration services on behalf of their clients, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is submitted and that inquiries are addressed in a timely manner.

Business Metrics: You will be the business owner for this area, reviewing margins and metrics to ensure that your team is providing accurate, and cost-effective work.

  • Navigate complex situations:
  • Assist individuals facing complex immigration issues, including offboarding supported employees with visa status.
  • Team and Portfolio Management:
  • As the leader of the team, you will ensure performance metrics for the global immigration team are met, including timeliness, accuracy, throughput, expense management, and portfolio margin.

In addition, you will take an active role in identifying new ways to improve throughput, efficiency and accuracy using AI and other technologies. We're looking for someone to bring new thoughts and techniques to the immigration process.


Let's Connect If You:

  • 10+ years of progressive business immigration experience.
  • 3+ years of experience working in a law firm, corporate, or startup environment
  • 3+ years managing an immigration team
  • Strong writing, logical reasoning, and communication skills
  • Strong client services skills:
    • Experience directly interacting for customers via email, call, and video
    • Experience anticipating clients' needs and addressing their concerns
  • Experience managing pipelines and proven ability to juggle multiple customers and priorities, keeping all customers informed of changes to deadlines
  • Ability to function independently while following established directions and processes with limited hand-holding
  • Strong attention to detail

Strongly preferred: Legal credential and JD or its international equivalent from an accredited school

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The base pay depends upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified. 


Annualized Pay Range
$100,000$175,000 USD
