Department Summary
We are looking for a highly innovative and strategic Director of HR Technology and People Analytics to lead the integration and optimization of our HR systems post-merger, including an implementation of Workday HCM. This pivotal role will involve aligning more than 10 different HR systems over the next two to three years and transforming our HR service model through the strategic application of AI and advanced analytics. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in HR technology, a passion for innovation, and a proven track record of managing complex technology integrations.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Integrate over 10 HR systems into a unified infrastructure and develop a strategic technology roadmap.
  • Leverage AI and analytics for HR transformation and continuous process improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless technology implementation.
  • Manage and optimize HR data for accuracy and accessibility.
  • Lead and inspire the HR technology and analytics team.

Skills, Experience and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred.
  • Extensive experience in technology and post-merger system integration.
  • Proven success in implementing and optimizing HR systems with a focus on AI and analytics.
  • Strong project management, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical problem-solver with a deep understanding of HR processes and best practices.

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $185,000.00/Year - $225,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
