We are looking for a highly innovative and strategic Director of HR Technology and People Analytics to lead the integration and optimization of our HR systems post-merger, including an implementation of Workday HCM. This pivotal role will involve aligning more than 10 different HR systems over the next two to three years and transforming our HR service model through the strategic application of AI and advanced analytics.
