Your Career

We’re seeking an HR Business Partner who is passionate about enabling consulting and delivery talent to thrive. This role is about partnering directly with leaders and consultants to shape the employee experience, accelerate growth, and strengthen NewRocket’s reputation as the go-to ServiceNow guide.

You will act as a strategic advisor to delivery and consulting leaders, helping to align people strategies with business goals while also supporting employees in their professional journey. You’ll bring a consulting mindset to HR—balancing empathy, business acumen, and execution to create lasting impact.

Your Impact

As an HR Business Partner for our consulting teams, you will:

  • Partner with delivery leaders to understand workforce needs, from skill development to staffing strategies, ensuring we have the right talent in place to deliver client success.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and consultants on career development, performance, and engagement.
  • Shape and drive professional development programs that help consultants grow skills, achieve certifications, and progress their careers.
  • Support leaders with organizational planning, including succession, workforce readiness, and scaling delivery capacity.
  • Partner with Recruiting, Resource Management, and Learning teams to ensure seamless onboarding, training, and deployment of consulting talent.
  • Help consultants navigate career milestones with clarity and confidence—from onboarding to advancement.
  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for consulting employees, providing support on performance, employee relations, and engagement.
  • Promote and foster the NewRocket culture—championing collaboration, inclusivity, and growth.

Your Experience

  • 10+ years of HR or talent experience, ideally within professional services or consulting environments.
  • Proven ability to partner with business leaders as a strategic advisor, not just an HR administrator.
  • Experience in professional development, performance management, and employee engagement programs.
  • Comfortable working in a matrixed, fast-paced consulting environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills—able to build trust at all levels, from consultants to executives.
  • Ability to analyze talent trends and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance best practices.

Preferred:

  • Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • PHR/SPHR or equivalent certification.
  • Experience in consulting talent models (e.g., billable utilization, career coaching for delivery teams).

We Take Care of Our People

NewRocket is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. We celebrate diversity, respect individuality, and ensure every employee’s voice is heard. We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and affirmative action employer.
