About the Role

Are you passionate about crafting integrated marketing strategies that clearly drive revenue? Do you enjoy optimizing experiences to continually thrill prospects and customers while shortening the sales cycle? 

This role is for you if you’ve demonstrated success in strategy and execution with campaigns aligned to each stage of the buying and customer journey. You know how to connect the dots between the tactical execution and the impact to revenue. And, you love to collaborate with marketing colleagues on strategy and partner with sales to ensure efforts drive revenue. 

You’ll get the word out about Alchemer and drive qualified leads to our front door fully integrated demand generation programs across channels: SEM, SEO, social media, webinars, events, and other paid channels. 

In this role, you’ll: 

  • Develop marketing campaigns that standout in the market based on feedback, metrics, trends, new ideas and strategic insights.
  • Identify trends and insights (through data aggregation, customer conversations, marketing analytics) to continually optimize performance and spending.
  • Drive usage and adoption of our products through engaging customer programs.
  • Analyze and report on the impact demand generation programs are having on the business including the ROI.
  • Collaborate across marketing functions (product marketing, content, design, web) and with an array of cross-functional team members (sales, revenue ops, customer success)
  • Understand campaign results to analyze marketing and product funnels, identify revenue impact of marketing campaigns and opportunities, and use data to make strategic recommendations for future actions
  • Establish and assure adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.
  • Provide management and mentoring to a small team of direct reports including establishing and managing to goals

Qualifications and Skills 

  • 10 years of strong B2B marketing experience preferrable in SaaS
  • Contributed to a growth stage company to 2X revenue in a demand generation role
  • Strong business acumen, marketing knowledge, and the ability to work within a variety of marketing tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications (or equivalent work experience)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of best practices, including audience segmentation, demand generation, lead nurture, and digital marketing
  • Highly motivated team player with ability to work cross-functionally and with senior leadership
  • Uses data to inform marketing strategy and demonstrate success of marketing programs
  • Demonstrable experience crafting and executing integrated marketing programs that drive results
  • Strong familiarity with marketing automation, CRM systems and sales tools (preferably Pardot, Salesforce, Gong)
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement
  • Excellent computer, written and verbal skills
  • Creative outside-of-the-box thinker

Compensation for this position includes an annual salary of $175,000-$200,000, annual bonus and eligibility to participate in our Employee Participation Unit program.
