The Role

Entegris is seeking a Sr. Director of CI and Productivity to lead the development and execution of Entegris Way Continuous Improvement strategy and roadmap and lead the Productivity program to translate CI activities to tangible customer and business outcomes. As a key member of our Operational Excellence leadership team, you will be a change agent responsible for leading our Continuous Improvement, Productivity, and Statistical Process control efforts globally, working across divisions and all manufacturing operations.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the Entegris Way Operational Excellence strategy and roadmap execution efforts to transform customer and employee experiences and drive tangible business outcomes to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Employee Engagement performance. Develops Global Entegris Way Playbooks, Signature Systems, and Community of Best Practices to help operations scale excellence effectively. 

  • Lead Entegris’ Productivity Program and Governance Council, overseeing the enterprise productivity project funnel, portfolio prioritization, execution, and reporting to deliver work-class, Net Productivity results aligned to corporate and divisional GM objectives 

  • Lead the Entegris Way Statistical Process Control development and execution across each division and operations with business process ownership aiming for a Zero Customer Defect vision. 

  • Support the Digital Supply chain efforts by leading the lean before digitizing activities with strong collaboration with the divisional, BU, and functional partners. 

  • Lead E2E Value Stream Mapping and Value Steam Improvement activities, identifying, scoping, and driving improvement opportunities/projects, relentlessly eliminating waste, optimizing processes, and ensuring the delivery of strategic business objectives. 

  • Drive and lead the problem-solving, continuous improvement culture by example, ensuring engagement on all levels, from the leadership to the shop floor. 

  • Lead the global CI Community of Practice that consists of Operational and CI leaders that is responsible for planning and delivering the Global CI deployment strategy, sharing best practices and lessons learned. 

  • Develop Entegris Way One CI - Lean and 6 Sigma curriculum/tools/templates. Governs the Entegris Way CI certification standards and provide training, facilitation and coaching for improvement project teams on all levels throughout operations. 

  • Embody and promotes the Culture of CI and engagement - better today than yesterday, everybody every day. 

What We Seek 

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or operations. (Master’s degree preferred). 

  • Proven track record of designing, implementing, and scaling successful Continuous Improvement and Productivity programs with sustainable results. 

  • Prior operational leadership experience is preferred (shop operations, logistics or supply chain operations, etc.).  

  • Hands-on lean practitioner (Kaizen experience), Certified Lean 6 Sigma Master Black Belt is a plus (additional experience/certification with TPM welcomed). 

  • Statistical Process Control experience preferably in Semiconductor industry or equivalent industries.  

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions. 

  • Excellent communication, change management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams from the shop floor to senior executive level. 

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience leading teams and driving change initiatives in a matrix environment. Capacity to manage ambiguity and competing priorities. 

  • Experience interfacing with Production, Engineering, Finance, Quality, Supply Chain, Program Management and Senior Leadership. 

  • Financial acumen, operational and P&L financials highly desired. 

  • Self-motivated, with bias for action and solutions, strong program management and ability to drive team work to completion with speed and agility. 

  • Able to travel as necessary globally.

Compensation: $175,000 - $250,000 per year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
