About the Role:
As the Director, Audience and Measurement, Go-to-Market, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategy for Fetch’s purchase data products & receipt intelligence making it best in class. You will partner with product, tech, sales and marketing to identify where the industry is headed, Fetch’s strengths and opportunities in the space, and the strategy ahead. You will also need to work with our sales teams and customers to understand and advocate for key areas of improvements and automation.
This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States.
Role Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute Fetch’s multi-year go to market strategy for our programmatic audience and data measurement products.
- Organizational Leadership: Establish frameworks, playbooks and materials that enable Sales, Marketing and Product teams to consistently position and scale data solutions. Develop compelling materials (e.g., pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and sales enablement assets) that clearly articulate the product’s value proposition, audience capabilities, and measurement impact to prospective clients.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Product and Tech to prioritize, buy and build solutions that drive customer delight.
- KPI Definition & Performance Tracking: Define KPIs, and adjust pricing models and monetization strategies based on data-driven insights
- Industry Strategy & Market Positioning: Define Fetch’s market long-term position in audience activation and measurement, evaluating competitive offerings, privacy trends and ecosystem shifts.
- Launch & Innovation Management: Drive end-to-end go-to-market execution, piloting new capabilities, gathering market feedback, and iterating quickly to scale high-impact solutions.
Minimum Requirements:
- 12+ years of professional experience, working with cross-functional partners.
- Strategic Leader: Ability to develop and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategies, aligning Product, Marketing, Sales around clear positioning, launch plans, and adoption goals.
- Audience & Measurement Fluency: Strong understanding of audience segmentation, activation strategies, attribution methodologies, incrementality testing, and performance KPIs, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business impact.
- Excellent Execution Skills: Experience structuring beta programs, gathering feedback, refining positioning, and scaling new capabilities while tracking adoption, revenue impact, and performance metrics.
- Data-driven Storytelling: Skilled at converting complex measurement outputs into compelling narratives, sales enablement materials, internal training, and executive-ready presentations.
Compensation:
