Director, Analytics Client Success

The primary purpose of this role is to own the end-to-end success of client relationships on the Azara analytics and insights platform — from onboarding and technical delivery through long-term adoption, value realization, and account growth. This role serves as the primary subject matter expert and platform advocate for Azara within assigned accounts, ensuring clients not only receive a well-delivered solution but continuously realize and expand the business value of the platform over the life of the relationship.

The Director, Azara Client Success is responsible for providing technical project planning, management, and execution during onboarding and delivery phases, while also driving ongoing platform adoption, client enablement, and value realization post-launch. This includes managing all phases of service delivery — analysis and design, configuration and build, testing and training, and deployment — as well as ownership of account health and value realization for the duration of the client lifecycle.

What this job involves

As Director, Azara Client Success, you will be directly responsible for:

Delivery & Onboarding

  • Managing the deployment of a solution in cooperation with analysts, implementation specialists, engineers, and testers
  • Managing and reporting delivery risks and issues
  • Managing user acceptance testing and release plans
  • Managing communications with stakeholders, business transition teams, and business and IT management
  • Overseeing application configuration and support while liaising with cross-functional teams in a matrix environment

Value Realization & Long-Term Account Success

  • Serving as the primary Azara subject matter expert for the account, advising and enabling clients on platform capabilities and how to apply them to their evolving business needs
  • Monitoring platform usage and adoption trends at the account level, identifying at-risk or under-utilizing users, and driving enablement plans to close gaps
  • Building and presenting value realization cases to clients and account leadership, demonstrating ROI and identifying use-case expansion opportunities
  • Maintaining a thorough and current understanding of product features and functionality, and proactively enabling clients on new capabilities
  • Ensuring positive account and client sentiment throughout the full relationship lifecycle, not only at delivery
  • Supporting BAU processes with accounts and clients to build long-term relationships and identify continuous improvement opportunities in the analytics space
  • Capturing client feedback and enhancement requests and channeling them into product and engineering conversations

  • Experience driving product adoption, client enablement, or usage growth in a SaaS/analytics context
  • Knowledge of real estate industry preferred

Expected compensation for this position:


138,000.00 – 170,000.00 USD per year

Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
