Operate, inspect, and maintain campus mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems including chiller plant, cooling towers, generators, and UPS. Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot DDC and pneumatic controls, manage CMMS work orders and tenant requests, support on-call/emergency responses, assist projects and vendor oversight, and follow safety procedures.

Maintain and repair building mechanical and electrical systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire life safety), perform preventive maintenance via CMMS, respond to service requests and emergencies, assist with installations, manage parts inventory, review contractor work, ensure regulatory and JLL compliance, and support site leadership with operational recommendations.

Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, controls). Perform preventative maintenance, equipment inspections, recordkeeping, inventory control, contractor oversight, and ensure safe handling of hazardous materials. Must perform physical tasks, be available for call-ins, and use CMMS and Microsoft Office.

Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, C.U.P.). Perform preventative maintenance, record readings, manage inventory and contractors, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and support facility operations including call-in and physical duties.

The Sr. People Experience Partner manages HR strategies, enhances employee experience, oversees employee relations, and provides business consultation, while leading direct reports.

Design and produce offering memorandums, presentations, digital campaigns, maps, floor plans, and print collateral for capital markets deals. Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, apply branding standards, collaborate with brokers and analysts, and stay current on design and production best practices.

Validate new features and system changes for a CRE debt SaaS platform, execute functional and regression testing, replicate and verify financial calculations, log defects in ADO, maintain data integrity and field mappings, configure UI and permissions, reconcile reports, and support release readiness and change communications.
