Leads global technical and engineering service operations for Oracle facilities across multiple regions. Oversees MEP and critical infrastructure systems, service delivery, KPI performance, compliance, preventive maintenance, emergency response, training, vendor relationships, reporting, budgets, and capital programs. Drives root-cause analysis, continuous improvement, technology modernization, commissioning, documentation, and alignment with Oracle governance requirements.

Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, SOQL, Aura, LWC, JavaScript, workflows, reports, and integrations. Translate business requirements into prototypes and production features, follow Salesforce best practices, address platform governor limits, create technical documentation, and collaborate with business and product stakeholders. The role also supports REST/SOAP APIs, GitHub and Gearset deployments, Excel integrations, and AI-assisted development. Commercial real estate and GSE Agency financing knowledge are required.

Manage commercial real estate transactions and client relationships, including lease and capital transactions, site selection, RFPs, negotiations, financial analysis, approval packages, and process improvements. Advise clients on occupancy strategies, negotiate favorable terms, oversee brokers and transaction stakeholders, ensure contractual compliance, and identify revenue-growth opportunities. The role also supports account expansion and business development while delivering measurable transaction value.
