Provide operational and administrative support for a dispersed 500+ employee account: manage onboarding/offboarding workflows, administer SharePoint, build Smartsheet automations, support senior leadership with scheduling and travel, coordinate events and client requests, maintain organizational charts, and proactively solve operational issues while protecting confidential information.

Coordinate and manage all learning and development activities for a 500+ employee account. Own the training calendar, facilitate L&D committee, partner with leaders and SMEs to develop materials, manage multiple training projects, advise on delivery methods, administer the MyLearning LMS, track completion and effectiveness, and identify skill gaps to recommend solutions. Deliver training and collaborate with Communications to produce engaging learning resources.

Validate new features and system changes for a CRE debt SaaS platform, execute functional and regression testing, replicate and verify financial calculations, log defects in ADO, maintain data integrity and field mappings, configure UI and permissions, reconcile reports, and support release readiness and change communications.
