Leads multichannel paid media strategy, campaign execution, budget allocation, audience targeting, retargeting, optimization, and performance reporting for a defined business segment. Manages in-house activation specialists, agencies, vendors, and stakeholder relationships while ensuring campaigns meet growth and ROI goals. Uses performance data, market trends, and consumer insights to optimize creative, targeting, landing pages, channel mix, and spend. Ensures privacy compliance and improves paid media processes.

Owns data infrastructure, datasets, dashboards, predictive models, and AI-enabled workflows for JLL’s national industrial real estate platform. The role supports investor and occupier business development through analytics, market research, supply-chain mapping, reporting, presentations, and executive insights. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, improving data protocols, evaluating technology platforms, automating repetitive analysis, supporting pursuits, and communicating analytical priorities to leadership.

Manages regional smart-building operations, including BMS/BAS platforms, IoT integrations, BACnet standards, cybersecurity, patching, asset lifecycles, FDD, alarm mitigation, and vendor governance. Leads modernization from legacy systems to cloud-connected operations, supports major technical incidents, integrates control software, maintains inventories, and develops standards and roadmaps. Requires building automation expertise, IoT device management, program management, communication skills, and at least five years of relevant experience.
