The Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Director of America’s Partner Organization to lead our channel sales organization across the United States, Canada, and Latin America. This leader will own the strategy and execution for all America-based channel partners, overseeing regional channel sales teams in the West, Central, and East.

The America’s Channel Director will be responsible for driving revenue growth, deepening partner relationships, and ensuring alignment between VAST’s go-to-market strategy and our channel ecosystem. This individual will manage a team of channel sales representatives, empowering them to deliver results through our partner community.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the channel sales teams across the Americas, ensuring consistent execution and alignment with VAST’s strategic objectives.
  • Develop and execute the Americas channel strategy, covering partner recruitment, enablement, growth, and joint go-to-market initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong executive relationships with top America-based channel partners.
  • Partner closely with VAST’s direct sales, SE, marketing, and alliances teams to ensure coordinated execution with partners.
  • Drive pipeline creation and revenue growth through and with channel partners across all regions (West, Central, East).
  • Ensure channel sales teams are fully enabled to position VAST’s solutions and deliver value to partners and customers.
  • Track performance against KPIs, ensuring accountability across the channel sales organization.
  • Represent VAST at regional partner events, executive briefings, and industry conferences.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in channel sales leadership roles within the enterprise infrastructure, storage, or cloud industry.
  • Proven success building and scaling channel programs across the Americas.
  • Strong track record of managing high-performing channel sales teams.
  • Deep relationships and familiarity with leading VARs, resellers, and distributors in the Americas.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent operational execution skills.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and develop top-performing sales talent.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels—partner executives, VAST field sales, and internal leadership.
