- Manage the demand and delivery backlog (JIRA/ServiceNow or equivalent): prioritize, write and refine user stories, manage dependencies, and ensure timely resolution of defects and change requests.
- Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement: monitor performance, investigate issues using analytics, recommend enhancements, and communicate status and outcomes to stakeholders.

- Strong process and data analysis skills (root cause analysis, KPI definition, benefits tracking); ability to translate insights into decisions and actionable roadmaps.
- Experience supporting testing/UAT (test scenarios, defect triage, release readiness) and working with agile or hybrid delivery teams (JIRA/Smartsheet/ServiceNow or similar).
- Hands-on exposure to low-code/no-code technologies (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps, Alteryx) and automation patterns to reduce manual effort and improve controls.
- Experience applying Generative AI in business contexts, including Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and/or AI Agents (use-case design, prompt patterns, guardrails, adoption).
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to create executive-ready summaries and facilitate decision-making across stakeholders.
Skills

- Strong stakeholder management and influence across levels; able to facilitate alignment and manage competing demands.
