We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Digital Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise-level digital projects. In this role, you’ll assist in organizing work across our cross-functional team—helping keep initiatives on track, content and design updates moving forward, and teammates informed.

You’ll work alongside project and product managers, designers and developers in a SCRUM-based environment, acting as a key connector between internal stakeholders and the production team. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s organized, adaptable, and ready to learn in a fast-paced digital space.

• Support Project Workflows: Help manage timelines, task assignments, and project documentation to support on-time delivery.
• Coordinate Content Updates: Work with content owners and the design/dev team to gather, format, and place website content within content management systems (WordPress).
• Facilitate Communication: Ensure teammates and stakeholders are looped in on status updates, blockers, and key deliverables.
• Track Progress: Maintain JIRA boards and ticketing systems to reflect current status, priorities, and next steps.
• Meeting Prep & Documentation: Help coordinate meeting logistics, take clear notes, and follow up on action items.
• QA & Launch Support: Assist with testing new website updates or features to confirm quality before launch.
• Cross-Team Support: Help align design, development, and content workstreams by being a central go-to for task coordination.
• Process Improvement: Contribute ideas to improve workflows, documentation, and team communication channels.

• 1–2 years of experience in a project coordination, digital content, or operations role (agency or digital team environment preferred)
• Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Teamwork, or similar)
• Comfortable working in WordPress or other content management systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative mindset with a desire to learn and grow
• Bonus: Experience with Agile methodologies or exposure to web design/dev workflows
