Ibotta is looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Associate Manager to drive user growth, reactivation, and brand visibility through digital media campaigns. This role is responsible for managing strategies for both user acquisition and retargeting across multiple digital channels, particularly in the search space.

This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage and optimize performance budgets across Apple Search Ads (ASA) and Google Universal App Campaigns (UAC) to drive efficient, high-quality app registrations.

  • Execute external media strategies to re-engage lapsed users. Utilize digital ad platforms to efficiently return audiences in various churn states to the Ibotta app.

  • Own the organic conversion strategy. Conduct A/B tests on app store metadata, screenshots, and descriptions to improve keyword rankings and install velocity.

  • Utilize our Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP) and internal dashboards to track performance of your digital channels and make optimizations based on this data.

  • Monitor competitor ASO strategies and search share-of-voice to ensure Ibotta remains the dominant player in the rewards category.

  • Integrate your strategies with marketing and organization wide stakeholders to meet and exceed company goals

What we are looking for:
  • 3-5 years executing performance marketing campaigns, particularly in Google Search 

  • Deep understanding of how to use external, digital media to win back churned users

  • High proficiency in data analysis experience with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch) and Excel or Google sheets to measure CPAs and incrementality.

  • Deep experience with Apple Search Ads (ASA) Campaign Manager and Google Ads for mobile.

  • Experience working in the user lifecycle space, knowledge of in-app and organic tactics that maintain or reengage users.

  • Understanding of mobile attribution, particularly SKAN, and data flows through MMPs.

  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with non-marketing teams across an organization.

 Additional Details:

  •  This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Employee Stock Purchase Program, and 401k match. Denver office perks include paid parking, snacks, and occasional meals.

  • Base compensation range: $85,000 - $96,000. Equity is included in overall compensation package. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience.
