Job summary:
We seek a B2B Digital Marketing Manager to execute and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns to increase reach and influence across our key accounts. This role owns digital campaign execution across paid media, email, social, and web, ensuring high-performing experiences that launch on time and within budget. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by building the company's digital marketing presence and supporting our KPIs.
Campaign Execution & Optimization
Execute and optimize integrated, multi-channel B2B campaigns across paid media, email, and web, including planning, building, QA, launch, and tracking.
Monitor performance and budgets, continuously improving ABM and paid social results while scaling execution with accuracy and operational efficiency.
Digital Channel Ownership
Manage paid and organic social strategies to increase engagement and influence within key accounts, including post boosting.
This role will also play an important role in executing our employee brand campaigns through social channels.
Support ongoing website optimization, UX improvements, CRO initiatives, and SEO best practices to improve lead generation and organic performance.
Manage email health and email campaign execution for campaigns and quarterly newsletters in HubSpot.
Reporting & Analytics
Produce quarterly performance reporting across paid media, email, and web.
Provide clear visibility into account engagement, influence, and pipeline impact, identifying actionable optimization opportunities.
Project Management & Collaboration
Manage campaign and website projects in Asana, ensuring work is delivered on time and stakeholders are informed.
Partner with our 3rd party resources to optimize marketing automation, CRM integrations, and lead/account management processes.
Required Skills:
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with a data-driven mindset.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and B2B paid media execution.
Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Strong project management skills and experience with Asana or similar tools.
Preferred Skills
Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, and ZoomInfo Marketing.
Familiarity with WordPress.
