The Digital Marketing Manager will analyze campaign performance, support email marketing, collaborate with sales and operations, manage ad production, and oversee content syndication to drive demand generation.

What you will do
- Analyze campaign performance data across paid search, paid social, and programmatic channels to uncover trends, evaluate effectiveness, and refine strategies for maximum ROI, reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing.
- You will support email marketing and nurture campaigns through audience segmentation, content strategy, automated workflows, and performance optimization.
- You will collaborate with the sales team to gather feedback on lead quality and share insights with channel owners to inform ongoing campaign improvements.
- You will collaborate with the Operations team to develop reporting frameworks and communicate performance to partners.
- You will partner with external agencies to coordinate campaign planning, creative development, and performance optimization across digital channels.
- You will conduct A/B and multivariate testing on ad creatives, landing pages, email campaigns, and CTAs to increase conversion rates
- You will lead the end-to-end ad production process—from brief creation and asset development to launch and post-campaign performance analysis.
- You will manage the content syndication program to expand audience reach, create leads, and support overall demand generation goals.
What you will bring with you
- 6+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with focus on digital campaigns, demand generation, and pipeline growth.
- Hands-on experience with important marketing and analytics tools including Marketo, Salesforce, PowerBI, Demandbase, LinkedIn Ads, and SEM platforms.
- Translate data into relevant insights and performance improvements.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work with sales, content, and external partners.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with a test-and-learn approach to marketing.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field or equivalent working experience.

The U.S. annual compensation range for this full-time position is between $112,100 and $140,100 USD/year. Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range based on a variety of factors, including your work location, job-related experience and education.
