As part of the Computershare Entity Solutions marketing team, you'll have the opportunity to shape and elevate our digital presence across search engines, AI-powered answer engines, and key digital marketing channels. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive visibility, engagement, and business growth while partnering closely with marketing and business stakeholders across the organization.

A role you will love 

As a Digital Marketing Manager, Search & Digital Strategy, you'll lead our search strategy and digital performance initiatives, helping prospects discover our solutions across traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered platforms.

This is a hands-on role that combines strategy, execution, analysis, and optimization. You'll own SEO and AI search optimization initiatives, drive website performance, manage paid digital programs, and uncover opportunities to improve visibility, engagement, and conversion across digital channels.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Leading SEO and AI search optimization initiatives across traditional search engines and AI-powered answer engines
  • Identifying opportunities to improve website visibility, authority, and discoverability
  • Managing site structure, technical SEO health, content optimization, and website performance
  • Partnering with content and design teams to improve engagement, conversion, and overall digital experiences
  • Developing and executing strategies across paid social, programmatic advertising, and other digital marketing channels
  • Managing digital marketing budgets and allocating spend to maximize performance and return on investment
  • Building and maintaining performance dashboards that provide clear visibility into digital channel effectiveness
  • Translating analytics and performance data into actionable business insights and recommendations
  • Monitoring emerging search trends, AI developments, and digital marketing best practices
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across marketing and the broader business to align digital initiatives with strategic priorities

What will you bring to the role?    

Required:

  • Experience managing digital marketing programs with direct responsibility for SEO, organic growth, and website performance
  • Experience driving visibility and engagement across traditional search engines and AI-powered discovery platforms
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO, content optimization, website analytics, and conversion optimization
  • Experience managing paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, or similar channels
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing and complex customer journeys
  • Experience using analytics and reporting tools to support decision-making and performance optimization
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate technical findings into meaningful business recommendations
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to build processes, structure, and scalable programs
     

Preferred:

  • Experience with eCommerce website management and conversion optimization
  • Experience using tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar SEO platforms
  • Experience optimizing content and digital experiences for AI-powered search and discovery platforms
  • Experience working within professional services, financial services, or other complex B2B environments

Compensation. The typical base pay range for this role is $72,000 - $103,000. This base pay range is specific to Chicago, Illinois and Denver, Colorado and may not be applicable to other locations.
