Position Overview

Blue Acorn iCi is looking for a Digital Intelligence & Personalization Architect (DIPA FE) to serve as a client-facing technical consultant focused on helping clients realize and quantify value from Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic consulting, and business acumen across Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Target, and Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP).

The Digital Intelligence & Personalization Architect will act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on solution architecture, integration methodologies, implementation best practices, and optimization strategies. This individual will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand objectives, identify gaps, and deliver scalable solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Consulting & Solution Strategy
  • Serve as a recognized authority in Adobe Experience Platform and integrated Adobe solutions following industry best practices and standards.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Target, and AEP RTCDP.
  • Gather and understand client business objectives, technical requirements, and key performance indicators.
  • Align technical recommendations with customer goals, business objectives, and implementation feasibility.
  • Translate business use cases into scalable solution designs while balancing campaign flexibility, reporting requirements, integration dependencies, and platform guardrails.
  • Document actionable recommendations to mitigate implementation risks and improve platform adoption.
Technical Architecture & Integration
  • Assess client technical environments and identify implementation gaps relative to business objectives.
  • Recommend and design best-practice solutions based on findings and platform capabilities.
  • Analyze complex technical issues, evaluate solution options, and facilitate customer discussions around recommended approaches.
  • Provide guidance on integration technologies and patterns, including REST APIs, webhooks, and interoperability across Adobe and non-Adobe systems.
  • Support solution troubleshooting and best-practice implementation across Adobe Analytics, CJA, Adobe Target, and AEP RTCDP.
  • Utilize Adobe Experience Platform Debugger, Assurance logging, and related tools to validate implementations and troubleshoot issues.
Client Engagement & Delivery
  • Interact regularly with clients, including marketers, analysts, developers, and executive stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality service.
  • Establish credibility and trust with clients and partners through strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Provide strategic and technical guidance to support customer success initiatives.
Documentation & Operational Excellence
  • Maintain accurate project records, workload estimates, and time tracking documentation.
  • Create client-facing documentation, presentations, and recommendations using Microsoft Office and AI-enabled tools.
  • Leverage AI technologies to improve workflow efficiency, research platform capabilities, and accelerate delivery.
  • Continuously expand Adobe platform expertise through training, certification, and self-study.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Deep technical knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
  • 5+ years of direct client consulting experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with at least three of the following:
    • Adobe Analytics
    • Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
    • Adobe Target
    • Adobe Experience Platform RTCDP
  • Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Proficiency in API integrations, tag management, data modeling, and solution architecture.
  • Experience translating business requirements into architecture, design, and development activities.
  • Experience articulating technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and consulting skills.
  • Experience with Adobe Data Collection for web and mobile implementations.
  • Experience working with Adobe AEP Mobile Edge SDK.
  • Proficiency using AI tools within daily workflows.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Assurance logging and debugging.
  • Experience with Single Page Application (SPA) frameworks such as Angular and React.
  • Familiarity with Python and SQL.
  • Experience with mobile application data collection and implementation.
  • Proven track record of customer success and strategic consulting within Adobe ecosystems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Marketing Technology, or a related field.
Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $135,000 – $185,000 annually. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
