THE OPPORTUNITY
Storage Treasures is the nation's leading online self-storage auction marketplace — a fast-growing, high-engagement e-commerce platform connecting millions of buyers with self-storage facilities across the country, backed by OpenTech Alliance, a leading technology provider to the self-storage industry since 2003.
You'll own the customer journey across our web marketplace, mobile apps, and account experiences — driving growth through discovery, prioritization, and experimentation. Reporting to the Product Solution Architect, you'll partner closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Operations to turn insight into measurable business outcomes.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Own the customer experience across our web marketplace, buyer and seller mobile apps, and account experiences
- Run discovery: analytics, user research, and journey mapping to uncover growth opportunities
- Prioritize the customer experience roadmap with the Product Solution Architect and business stakeholders
- Deliver features through requirements, user stories, and close partnership with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Operations
- Lead A/B testing and experimentation to optimize post-launch performance
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Growth in registrations, active bidders, and active sellers
- Higher auction conversion and sell-through rates
- Increases in Average Selling Price (ASP) and mobile engagement
- Stronger customer satisfaction and usability metrics
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3-7+ years of Product Management experience in digital products, e-commerce, marketplaces, or SaaS
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience defining requirements and managing cross-functional product delivery
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with online marketplaces, auctions, or mobile app product management preferred
