Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE architecture and implementation, including Salesforce migrations, solution design, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, documentation, training, and go-live support. Advise clients through requirements gathering, fit-gap assessments, process design, and product customization. Coordinate onshore and offshore teams, manage technical risks, and deliver solutions across CRM modules using Power Platform, Dataverse, Power Pages, C#, and JavaScript.
Senior Architect
The Dynamics 365 CRM Architect is involved in all aspects of implementing Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer insights for journeys, Customer Service, project service) solutions from pre-sales work through the project life cycle to go-live and on-going support. As a D365 technical architect you will be leading migration from Salesforce to Dynamics 365 modules with many advanced tools and techniques. You will utilize AI driven migration methodologies to accelerate these migrations.
Responsibilities:
- Delighting the customers with exceptional customer service
- Lead the migration from salesforce to Dynamics architecture process with the engineering team.
- Architect, Design and build D365 solutions that meet client objectives.
- Implement D365 (Sales, customer Insights (Data & Journeys) solutions that meet client objectives.
- Utilize your knowledge of business processes and best practices to advise and guide the customer during pre-implementation consulting engagements such as Requirements Gathering, Fit Gap Assessments, Design, blueprint and Configuration.
- Analyze source and target system data and identify potential challenges, such as data inconsistencies, duplicates, or missing records structures, formats, and relationships
- Design and execution of data migration strategies
- Business and systems analysis and documentation
- Product design and gap analysis to standard product functionality
- Production of design, system, user and procedural documentation
- Application configuration and setup
- Provide system training to both internal and external clients
- Liaising with on-shore and off-shore development teams to deliver robust solutions on time
- Identify and analyze risks and issues for the program or project portfolio in conjunction with project managers
- Demonstrate the ability to work systematically and logically to analyze situations, resolve problems, identify causes and anticipate implications.
- Develop and test detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes.
- Write development specifications and interface with customers to test modifications and resolve any issues that arise.
- Participate within data migrations, integrations, report design and design of security
Minimum Requirements – Education, Skill & Abilities:
- 12+ years Microsoft D365 CE development experience to include integration and migration techniques.
- 4+ years Microsoft D365 CE ( architecture experience.
- Experience in migration from Salesforce to MS Dynamics
- Experience with C# and JavaScript.
- Expert in Power Pages
- Agile Development experience.
- Enhance/ Customize Dynamics 365 CE for customers based on their business requirements.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Dataverse platform.
- Knowledge in any of Sales, Marketing, Field Service, Customer Service, and project services modules.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Good listening skills, with the ability to quickly resolve problems, action solutions with the ability to work under pressure.
- Understanding and assimilating information from various sources.
- Being able to recognize and deal with conflict or sensitive situations.
- A clear ability to organize your own time and resources.
- Effective and clear written communication skills.
- Certifications PL200, PL400, PL600, MB210, MB220, MB230, MB240 preferred
