Digital Analytics Manager

Remote | Location3

Expected Salary - Base salary of $85,000-$95,000 annually depending on experience. Additionally, our incentive plan provides the opportunity to earn even more.

Build and Own the Analytics Engine

Location3 is hiring a Digital Analytics Manager to fully own our tracking, analytics, and BI infrastructure across 40+ franchise brands and 20,000+ campaigns. You will be the subject matter expert, system architect, and problem solver behind how performance is measured, visualized, and trusted across the company. If you enjoy autonomy, building clean systems, and being the person people turn to for data clarity — this role is for you.

What You’ll Own

Tracking & Tag Architecture

  • Lead all Google Tag Manager implementations and governance

  • Deploy and QA conversion tracking across Google, Meta, Microsoft, and programmatic

  • Build and maintain event tracking (forms, calls, chat, store locator, engagement actions)

  • Troubleshoot attribution discrepancies and platform mismatches

  • Maintain documentation and tagging standards

You will be the escalation point for all tracking questions.

GA4 & Measurement Strategy

  • Architect and maintain GA4 properties across 40+ brands

  • Build custom events, conversions, audiences, and dimensions

  • Design measurement plans aligned to client KPIs

  • Implement cross-domain and enhanced measurement

  • Monitor data health and proactively flag issues

Business Intelligence & Dashboard Ownership

  • Own GA4 data integration into Power BI

  • Build and maintain scalable Power BI dashboards (internal + client-facing)

  • Develop franchise and location-level dashboards in Looker Studio

  • Improve dashboard clarity, adoption, and storytelling

  • Ensure data consistency across reporting systems

You are responsible for making sure leadership trusts the numbers.

First-Party Data & Platform Integrations

  • Implement Enhanced Conversions and Meta CAPI

  • Manage offline conversion imports from CRM systems (Salesforce, POS systems)

  • Support secure first-party data handling and compliance

  • Assist with data alignment across platforms and APIs

What We’re Looking For

Experience

  • 5–7 years in digital analytics, measurement, or marketing technology

  • Advanced Google Tag Manager expertise

  • Advanced GA4 configuration experience

  • Strong experience building dashboards in Power BI (required)

  • Experience building reporting frameworks in Looker Studio 

  • Experience supporting multi-location or franchise businesses preferred

Technical Skills

  • Google Tag Manager (advanced)

  • GA4 (advanced configuration and troubleshooting)

  • Power BI (data modeling; DAX preferred)

  • Looker Studio (dashboard architecture)

  • Data layer architecture knowledge

  • SQL familiarity preferred

  • Basic JavaScript for tag customization

  • Experience with APIs or BigQuery a plus
