Role Summary
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to own CI/CD, release management, deployment automation, infrastructure support, and application operations across multiple customer environments. The role will focus on improving deployment efficiency, platform reliability, and operational automation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
  • Automate application deployments across multiple customer environments.
  • Manage Azure App Services, WebJobs, Azure Functions, Storage Accounts, Key Vaults, SQL Databases, and related Azure resources.
  • Monitor application health and troubleshoot deployment and infrastructure issues.
  • Implement deployment automation and operational scripts using PowerShell/Bash.
  • Support release planning, production deployments, and rollback activities.
  • Work closely with Development, QA, and Product teams to ensure smooth software releases.
  • Improve monitoring, alerting, logging, and operational dashboards.
  • Drive infrastructure automation and environment standardization.
  • Participate in production support and incident management.


Requirements
Required Skills
  • Azure DevOps Pipelines
  • Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, WebJobs, Storage, SQL Database)
  • CI/CD
  • PowerShell / Bash scripting
  • Git
  • ARM/Bicep/Terraform (preferred)
  • Monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor and Application Insights
  • SQL Server fundamentals
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Preferred Skills
  • Experience managing SaaS applications across multiple customer environments.
  • Experience with deployment automation at scale.
  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is an advantage.
  • Exposure to security, compliance, and release governance.
