We're looking for a valiant Developer Relations Manager to join our pack and help us empower creators to build the best apps for the best AAA games around.

As our DevRel maestro, you will work closely with the in-game app creators in our community - guiding them as they craft amazing app experiences across their favorite games, setting them up for success.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Guide app developers towards creating successful apps, offering them support and strategic advice to lead them to greatness.
  • Work with developers on improving user experience and product features, providing insightful app reviews to enhance app quality.
  • Ensure developers have access to necessary resources by working closely with R&D, Marketing, QA, Support, Product, and Operations teams.
  • Gain a deep understanding of developer business models, optimizing their collaboration with Overwolf and enhancing their success.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with app developer partners, fostering a collaborative and mutually beneficial environment.
  • Take the helm in project execution, focusing on marketing strategies, growth, monetization, and long-term planning for sustained success.

Requirements
  • 2+ years in DevRel, Customer Success, or Account Management, with a focus on nurturing professional relationships.
  • Strong written and verbal English skills, able to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Experience with third-party developer platforms or managing gaming communities is a plus.
  • Actively engaged in PC/Console gaming, showing a real passion for the gaming world.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to sync with global time zones.
  • Independent and collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and a positive, proactive attitude
  • Creative problem-solver, able to think on your feet and tackle complex challenges
  • Skilled at multitasking, managing deadlines, and maintaining sharp attention to detail in a dynamic environment
  • Vast experience in casting enchantment spells, throwing battle axes, and drinking Dwarven stout.
