About The Role

As a valued member of our close-knit physical design team, you will be responsible for a range of tasks related to Physical Design automation. This includes working on projects involving scripted placement, routing, library cell characterization, and providing support for server infrastructure.

 Skills and Qualifications

· 7+ years of physical design experience. Experience with 7nm and below preferred.

· Experience with the complete physical design flow. Knowledge of Synopsys tool suite a plus.

· Expert in Makefile and scripting languages like Tcl and Python. Ability to develop PD flows, tools and scripts.

· Expert at one or more of the following areas highly desired

           o Structured placement and routing.

           o Library characterization.

           o Custom layout automation

           o Physical design verification (LVS/DRC) flow and run set developments.

           o Advanced packaging technologies, such as 3DIC, TSV, and interposer-based designs

· BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or similar.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Good interpersonal skills & desire to work as a standout colleague are a must.

· Extremely self-motivated and eager to solve problems.
